Description
As we tried to identify the issue, we found that the number of IVR calls generated does not match the total number of overdue employees.
For sample verification, on 16 June 2026, the total number of overdue employees was 2,268. However, the IVR system generated calls for only 1,449 employees, leaving a significant gap.
Since this issue may directly affect loan repayment collection and overdue follow-up activities, we kindly request that this case be given high priority and investigated urgently. Please identify the root cause of the discrepancy and provide the necessary resolution as soon as possible
