We have identified an issue related to Loan Repayment from Other FI (Beqelal Financial Technology S.C.) transactions, which are currently reflected in the main Dispute Handling System. However, while attempting to create a dispute for these transactions, the dispute creation function is not working under the following scenarios:
When the payer is a customer account and the payee is Beqelal Financial Technology S.C.
And the payer is Beqelal Financial Technology S.C. and the payee is a customer account (vice versa).
