Dear Team,
Could you please verify the Loan History data against the Normal Repayment data?
Under normal circumstances, the Repayment Amount, specifically the Paid Principal and Paid Total Fee, should match exactly in both reports. However, we have identified discrepancies, and the amounts are currently not balance all FI. Kindly investigate the root cause of this issue
