Dear, Zemcheal
Kindly review the auto loan repayment references on Bunna Bank's system. During the deduction process, the transactions were completed on the bank's side. However, on our end (Kacha), some of these transactions did not reflect as completed, and no failed status was recorded in our system.As a result, this has created a discrepancy and potential dispute. We kindly request you support in checking the failed transactions from kacha .example BB4044,BB86594 and BB74230
