Description

Customers are experiencing payment issues with their first premium insurance installment. When they transfer funds to settle the outstanding amount of first installment, the system applies the payment toward the second installment’s fees—leaving the first installment outstanding unpaid. This misallocation disrupts the installment flow and causes confusion for customers!
