Description

We have identified a system validation issue during the customer profile upgrade process from Level 1 to Level 2. Currently, the system allows the upgrade to be completed without selecting the ID Type field, which is supposed to be a mandatory requirement. This may result in incomplete customer data and potential compliance risks.
Therefore, we kindly request your support to:
• Configure the system to enforce the ID Type field as mandatory
• Prevent profile upgrades unless the field is properly completed
• Review and validate the fix to ensure proper functionality
