Dears

As you are aware, the loan status in the ledger report is not being updated for NPL loans. This is causing incorrect information to appear in the mobile app reports.

Kindly correct the loan ledger report, or alternatively ensure that the mobile app reporting source is aligned with the loan ledger history report.
