Description

We have encountered challenges performing reconciliation because the data exported to Excel does not match the information displayed on the dashboard. Please check and resolve them at the earliest.

1.In the Transaction Report, the initiator (Debitor/Creditor) field is missing in the Excel export.
2.In the Payment Transactions for remittance, the EthSwitch reference is not included in the exported Excel file, which makes reconciliation difficult.
