Customers whose names are registered in Amharic on our platform are unable to receive IPS transfers from other banks. They are consistently reporting errors such as “INVALID CHARACTER” and “WRONG ALPHANUMERIC CHAR.” Please investigate and resolve this issue as it is causing repeated customer complaints.
