Below are the issues we discussed and prioritized:

1.Availability of cancellation and write-off functionality in the Kacha system.
2.Loan repayments should be processed on an installment-based structure for loans with defined installments.
3.For NPL loans, remove applicable fees as per the decision to be jointly agreed upon by the business team and partners.
